By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the cleaning and decluttering services provided by Dirty Garage Guys: 1. **Liability for Damage**: You understand that during the cleaning and decluttering process, Dirty Garage Guys is not responsible for any items that may fall or break due to the compromised state of your garage. You acknowledge that the condition of your garage may pose risks, and you accept these risks when engaging our services. 2. **Service Interruption**: Dirty Garage Guys reserves the right to stop services at any time if the situation presents safety concerns or if it becomes evident that the garage is in a state that we cannot reasonably work in. In such cases, you will forfeit a portion of your deposit, pro-rated based on the time our crew has already spent on-site. 3. **Pest Control Notice**: You acknowledge that Dirty Garage Guys is not a pest control service and is not equipped to handle pest-related issues, including but not limited to mice, roaches, or other critters. If you have a pest problem, you must contact a licensed pest control professional (e.g., Orkin) to address these issues before our team arrives. We will be happy to provide cleaning and detailing services once the pest issue has been resolved. 4. **Bricks and Additional Fees**: If you have unused bricks from your home stored in the garage and wish to have them moved, an additional fee of $400 will apply for their relocation. We will work around the bricks and keep them in the same spot unless alternative arrangements are negotiated. 5. **Separate Haul-Off Service**: Please note that any haul-off of items is a separate service from the cleaning packages offered. The haul-off service is not included in the package pricing and will be billed separately. 6. **Attic Organizing and Decluttering**: The starting fee for attic organizing and decluttering is a flat rate of $250, with an additional charge of $125 per hour thereafter. This service is separate from the cleaning packages. 7. **Attention to Time**: Once you sign this liability waiver and we begin the process, the timer will start. Please be attentive to the clock and the time allocated for your selected package, as it will affect the overall service provided. 8. **Grace Period and Additional Time**: Each package includes a designated service time. You are entitled to a 15-minute grace period beyond the time selected for your package. After the grace period, any additional time will be billed at a rate of $100 per hour. Alternatively, you may choose to upgrade to a larger package if additional services are needed.
